Diseases Of The Foot Of The Canaries

Singer feet swelling (bumble foot) is a disease that is often found at the foot of the Canaries. An awful lot of assumptions or opinions about the causes of this disease are less suitable perch (e.g. made of plastic), bacterial infections, fungal, etc.

In the first stage, bumble foot would look like a small pink pimples, and is usually located on the sole of the foot, in between the fingers, or even at the base of the claws. If not immediately addressed, these little pimples will enlarge and swell bluish.

Some causes of foot swelling on the Canaries:

For treatment by way of clearing away the Canaries with alcohol or drug wound cleanser and apply anti-fungal ointment or it could be an anti biotic ointment

If the swelling is very severe conditions, granting gauze bandage with may be required periodically. Clean the wound with a cleaning fluid (be wound cleanser, alcohol or 70), then apply an anti biotic ointment

However, to prevent it better than cure. Here are a few preventative measures so that the Canaries are not experiencing swollen legs named bumble foot:

• Regularly clean the cage/cage and accessories in it.

• Cut nails Canaries if looks long. 

• Keep  body Canaries condition in order to remain healthy. Healthy and nutritious food must remain

    available

• Give foods containing Vitamin A such as fresh vegetables dark green.
